Home delivery is not available. We ship from Tamil Nadu via lorry/trucks. These trucks will call you when arriving near your location. You need to collect the parcel from their location, usually within a short distance from your area.
Yes, you can order from any location. However, please note you will have to pick up at the nearest town or city. We don’t do home delivery or village delivery.
Yes, we can ship to other states. Please contact us for availability and shipping details to your specific state.
We charge ₹990 per carton box for shipping within our service areas.
Delivery time depends on your location. For Odisha, expect 7-15 days for delivery.
Yes, minimum order is ₹5000. It’s not feasible to ship orders lesser than this as delivery charges from Tamil Nadu are high and it won’t be economical for you.
No, we do not offer cash on delivery to any locations. Only orders that are fully paid will be shipped. Order enquiries without payment will be cancelled within 24 hours.
You can make payment using our UPI ID, QR code, or bank account transfer. All payment details are provided after you submit your enquiry.

We will provide your Lorry Receipt (LR) using which you can call and get details about your order from the lorry driver. They will call you when about to reach your location. Please arrange for quick pickup from the lorry location or lorry shed office.
No, we don’t offer refunds once the order is shipped. If the order is not delivered, we will investigate and refund only if the order is confirmed as not delivered.
